Content is divided into "packages" supported by an active learning support tool. Each subject may have up to three different types of training product:
Tutorials are short, exercise driven programmes. They are typically desiged to be completed in one sitting.
eBriefings cover
knowledge based elements of learning. Briefings are normally text based
but can contain reinforcement exercises and usually a final content quiz.
Scores are saved and may count towards CPD records and/or SkillBuilder Certification.
Decision Based Training™ is consequences based training designed to train and test competence. On completion delegates you will receive a written evaluation of your performance.
The active learning support tool is designed to help you study all the material on your own, when you wish and where you wish. The tool includes a number of self explanatory elements, including a scheduler. The Scheduler ensures you receive "ten minutes" training a day - an ideal way of digesting material.
